Orders and Contract Formation

Cancelling an Order
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason. If you cancel within this period, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method used for the order. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
Pricing
Product prices on the website are displayed in GBP (£). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices are correct at the time of order placement.
Delivery
You may choose from the delivery options available at checkout. Delivery times and costs will be shown before you complete your purchase. We ship from our London studio and dispatch orders within 2–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or damage caused by the courier service or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items must not have been washed, altered, or used in any way. Please note the following:
- We do not accept returns on custom or personalised items unless they are faulty.
- We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items unless they are faulty.
- All returns must be authorised in advance. Please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back.
- A restocking or return charge may apply.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault or our error.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
Faulty or Damaged Items
