At LDNMEN, every piece is handmade to order in our London studio. Please allow up to 2 business days for crafting before dispatch.
United Kingdom
- Standard Tracked Shipping (Royal Mail): £3.95 per order, free on orders over £100. Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 days after dispatch.
- Express Delivery (Priority Crafting): £7.95 per order, free on orders over £100. Your order is pushed to the front of our workshop queue, then sent by priority next-day courier after crafting.
Europe
- Europe Tracked Shipping: £10.50 per order, free on orders over £120. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Local customs charges or VAT may apply depending on destination.
United States
- US Tracked Shipping: £14.50 per order, free on orders over £120. Delivery usually takes 4 to 7 business days after dispatch.
Canada
- Canada Tracked Shipping: £14.50 per order, free on orders over £120. Delivery usually takes 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.

- You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Because items are handmade and intimate in nature, any item showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse cannot be refunded.
- Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrives faulty or incorrect.
