Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about getting your LDNMEN order, and what to do if it's not quite right.

Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. International orders are shipped worldwide via tracked courier. Delivery times vary by destination:

UK Standard: 3–5 working days

UK Express: 1–2 working days

Europe: 5–8 working days

USA & Canada: 7–14 working days

Rest of World: 10–21 working days

All orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days from our London studio. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Returns

We want you to love your LDNMEN piece. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return address and instructions.

Please note: We do not accept returns on custom or personalised items, or on sale/discounted items unless they are faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
