Find your perfect fit. All LDNMEN harnesses and accessories are designed with adjustability in mind, but here's a general guide to help you choose the right size.

How to Measure

Wrap a flexible measuring tape around the widest part of your chest, keeping it directly under your armpits and across your nipples.

1. Tip 1: Keep the tape parallel to the floor all the way around your back.
2. Tip 2: Stand naturally and exhale, don't puff your chest out or hold your breath, or the harness will wrap too tightly when you relax.

Harness Size Chart

1. S-M fits chest 34" – 39" (86 – 99 cm)
2. L-XL fits chest 39" – 45" (99 – 114 cm)
