PRODUCTS & MATERIALS
What materials do you use?
All LDNMEN harnesses are handcrafted using premium full-grain leather. Hardware is solid brass or stainless steel chosen for durability and aesthetic quality.
Are your harnesses made to order?
Yes. Every piece is handmade to order in London. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before dispatch.
Do you offer custom sizing or bespoke commissions?
Yes, we offer made-to-measure harnesses and bespoke commissions. Contact us directly at [email protected] with your measurements and design ideas to discuss.
SIZING & FIT
How do I find my size?
Please refer to our Size Guide page for full measurement instructions. We measure chest circumference and torso length to determine the best fit. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
What if my harness doesn’t fit?
As all pieces are made to order, we ask that customers double-check their measurements before purchasing. If there is a genuine fit issue due to our error, we will work with you to resolve it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long will my order take?
All pieces are handmade to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production, plus shipping time. You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking when your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I track my order?
Yes. All orders are sent with tracked and signed-for shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
How do I care for my leather harness?
Leather should be kept dry and away from direct heat and sunlight. Condition with a quality leather conditioner every 3–6 months to keep it supple. Avoid prolonged contact with water. Store flat or hung in a cool, dry place.
Can I get my harness repaired?
Yes. We offer repair and restoration services for LDNMEN pieces. Contact us at [email protected] with photos and a description of the damage and we will advise on next steps.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return or exchange my harness?
As each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will make it right. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
